If I don't get value from Project Genesis can I get a refund?

Yes. If you feel this program was less than what you expected, there's no hard feelings. We've never had anyone request a refund, but we like to make sure we always overdeliver. SO simply send an email to info@chrisjacksoncoaching.com and you will be refunded you full amount, with no questions asked.

What if I can't attend the live trainings?

All content is recorded and uploaded in your online portal soon after the class is run. So you'll have 24/7 access to the material and rewatch all the course materials as much as you want.

Do I need to use facebook to be part of Project Genesis?

Yes, I recommend you use facebook to get the most value from this experience. We will have regular facebook group interaction where you'll get a lot of value from being part of the group exercises. If you not a regular facebook user, I recommend speaking with us so we can help you understand how to get the most out of facebook without being distracted or overwhelmed.

How soon do I get access to the classes?

Upon enrolling you will receive a welcome email with your login details to the online portal and a link to our facebook group. Simply check your email after joining to ensure you get setup correctly.

How much time do I need to block out to complete Project Genesis properly?

In addition to the 90mins per week for the masterclasses, we recommend a minimum of an extra 3 hours of study and application per week to make full use of the resources on offer.

Do you also offer one-on-one coaching?

Yes. We recommend contacting us and we can advise whether 1-1 coaching is suitable for you or not.

What dates and times are the trainings?

The first full training day is on Saturday 4th July and the second training day is on the 3rd October.

Masterclasses are held weekly on Wednesdays from 8th July - 23rd Sep at 9:00am-10:30am AWST.

What sort of accountability do we have?

We'll be teaching you self accountability system to stay on track.

What level of support do I get during the program?

Chris and Kai are committed to providing everything you need for the duration of Project Genesis so that you get all your questions answered and are supported in getting the most out of the experience.

If I can't make this training will there be another training coming up again soon?

Yes. We will be running another training next year sometime in 2021, however the price will be going up.
